To be an exhibitor for HPCS 2009, you will need to become a sponsor. Four levels of sponsorship are available: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The exhibit area is in the middle of the conference venue.
Platinum = 10′x12′
Gold = 6′x10′
Silver = 5′x7′
The conference will provide tables, chairs, and back panels for your booth. Each booth will get one table and two chairs, and additional furniture is available upon request for larger booths. Any special requests should be addressed well in advance to Ashely Wightman.
Exhibitors are expected to set up their booths either on Sunday PM (starting at 2:00 pm), or early Monday morning (starting at 7:30 am). Note that the opening Sunday evening reception will take place in the exhibition area. Booths should be dismantled on Wednesday and removed by late Wednesday afternoon. Standard 110V power outlets are available at every booth, and additional power can be purchased at an extra fee.
A campus wide wireless internet access will be provided to all conference participants, including exhibitors. If you have special networking needs, please address them well in advance.
The exhibit area is an open area in the middle of the conference building, accessible from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Security guards will be on-site at during off-hours.
Two boardroom-style rooms in the Biosciences Complex are booked for private meetings. Each holds up to 30 people. Please contact Ashley Wightman to reserve a time in the schedule.
